Fresh Grape Kebabs You Need: ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil Two cloves Garlic, freshly minced½ tsp Crushed red chilli flakes One tbsp Oregano, freshly mincedOne tbsp Rosemary, freshly mincedOne tsp Lemon zest400 gms Chicken breast, boneless and skinless or paneer1 ¾ cups California green grapes, picked from stem and rinsed½ tsp SaltTwo tbsp Extra virgin olive oilOne tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
You Must: In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, rosemary and lemon zest. Cut chicken/paneer into ¾ inch cubes and place them alternately with grapes onto 12inch skewers. Place skewers in a large tray and pour marinade over. Marinade for Four-24 hours. Remove skewers from marinade, and let excess oil drip off. Season with salt. Grill on barbecue until chicken/paneer is cooked through (This will take about three-five minutes on each side). Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Green Grape Smoothie You Need: 12 cups green seedless grapes, rinsedSix cups cold water Six cups diced pineapple Six cups ice cubes
You Must: Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Place in an insulated beverage container in preparation for serving.
